When you have made your purchase, you may log into
your account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of your transaction.
Please check the address on your order, and email us immediately at info@mehandi.com if the address is incorrect. We will process your order within two business days of receiving payment. We ship via US postal service. We ship samples by surface mail. There is no tracking or delivery confirmation for surface mail. We ship larger quantities by priority mail within the USA. You will receive tracking information by email. We ship via global priority mail or airmail outside of the USA. - If
the shopping cart billed you too much shipping, we'll refund the excess
within two business days. If the shopping cart didn't bill enough
shipping (this often happens with international orders) we will bill
you for the additional shipping within two business days. We'll ship
your order when you pay the extra shipping.
If you need to upgrade to Express shipping, email or call us today
at 330–238-4097 or 330-673-0600! We ship Express within the USA
only, and only Monday through Thursday. Email us to upgrade to
Espress shipping at info@mehandi.com and title the email EXPRESS SHIPPING! We will process your order within two business days, but we
cannot guarantee how fast the postal service will get your package to
you. Priority mail usually arrives within a few days. Surface mail within the USA usually arrives within a week. Overseas mail usually arrives within three weeks. - If your package
doesn't arrive within one week (USA) or three weeks (international),
contact us
and tell us your Transaction ID, receipt number, date of
purchase, or other information we can use to locate your order.
We will let you know where your order is. If we made a
mistake that caused the delay, we will send you a new shipment
immediately. If the postal service or other agency caused the
delay, we can tell you who to contact to get help, but we can't be
responsible for their mistakes.
- You can buy insurance for your package if shipping is within the USA. Click HERE to buy insurance for $1.50.
Refunds and exchanges of unopened material are available for 30 days
after purchase, if accompanied with receipt. International
shipments may have duties levied by the government of your country, and
may delay your delivery. We have no control over tariffs and duties
levied by your country. If your government asks you to pay these
fees, you MUST the fees or they will not let you have your package.
That money goes to your government, and it goes to benefit your
