To relieve feet from sand flea misery and fungal infestations, henna
your feet! Henna will stain the skin and toenails.
If you
don't want people to see that your feet are hennaed, stain only the
area covered by shoes and socks.
- Mix 35g of henna with lemon juice to the
consistency
of mashed potatoes and let it set for 4 - 12 hours. Stir in 1/4
teaspoon of tea tree oil to 35g of henna.
- The next day, when you have some time that you can
stay off your feet for several hours, apply the henna.
- If you want a dividing line between the hennaed area
and
skin, so it looks like you have a little red slipper, mask
off
the area to be hennaed with bandaging tape.
- Apply the henna to your feet with a butter knife as
if you're frosting a cake.
- Make sure the henna covers all of the skin, and is
between the toes.
- Wrap the henna to your feet with plastic wrap
- Pull a sock on over the plastic wrap
- Lie down and rest for 3 hours.
- Wash the henna off your feet.
- Your feet will be brilliant orange, and this color
will darken to deep reddish brown in 2 days.
- Your feet will feel MUCH better!
