Shipping Policy
We ship all over the world!

We ship via the US Postal Service.

We ship samples by surface mail.
We ship other packages by Priority Mail.
We ship international orders by Global Priority Mail.
We will email tracking information to you.
If you want express delivery, please call the order desk. Express is available in USA only.
If you want an address change, please email us immediately. We cannot change the address of an order that has already been shipped.
We will pack your order as carefully as we can, but we cannot control damage that may occur during shipping.

We endeavor to ship every order within two business days of receiving payment.

If any item is back ordered, we will notify you by email.

We will do everything we can to make sure your package is correctly addressed and promptly shipped.

We will immediately reship any order if we make an error in the address or shipping that causes the package to become lost.
We cannot be responsible for packages that go astray or disappear from the postal service if we correctly address and ship them. If tracking verifies that we have shipped the package, and the address was correct, but it has not arrived, please contact your post office.
It is your responsibility to purchase insurance for your shipment if you wish to be compensated for loss or damage.
We are not responsible for paying tax and duties on your international order. That is your responsibility.
We will not falsify customs documents on international orders.
We will not mark international orders as "gifts".
