If you are allergic to chemical hair dye or have been advised by your physician to not use chemical hair dye, you should be able to use Ancient Sunrise® henna, indigo, and other Ancient Sunrise® products safely.

The Henna for Gray Hair Medium Brown Kit dyes graying medium colored hair a rich, medium brown shade and adds phenomenal shine. Our kit dyes even 100% gray a medium brown hair color. On dark partially graying hair, the end results will be warm medium brown highlights, and a rich sheen on the hair that is not gray. The Ancient Sunrise® Gray Kits contain the best henna and indigo for dyeing gray hair.

Ancient Sunrise® Henna for Gray Hair Kits work on chemically treated hair! You may need to do additional applications for your desired result, depending on how much damage was caused by previous products.

I decided to switch to henna because store bought dyes were causing hair loss. I bought from a different company, spent hours actually dying it, and it covered no gray. I had very gray roots, a weird orange section and then dark brown. I emailed them and got new answer. I couldn't go back to regular dye at that point. I googled henna that covers gray and your product came up. I bought it right away and applied it yesterday. I have no grays!!! No weird orange color where the grays were. Just a nice medium brown. I plan to buy this kit for the rest of my life. It also says one pack only does shoulder length hair. I have past my shoulders and had product left over. It's so worth the price.
