If you are allergic to hair dye or if your physician advised you not use chemical hair dye, you should be able to use Ancient Sunrise® cassia, henna, and other Ancient Sunrise® products safely.

Using the Sunshine kit on darker hair will provide a darker tint that is mainly visible in the sunlight. The benefits of cassia and henna will condition hair and add shine.
Ancient Sunrise® Henna for Hair Kits will work on your chemically treated hair! You may need to do additional applications for the desired result, depending on how much damage was accumulated by previous products.

Ancient Sunrise Henna for Hair
"Ancient Sunrise Henna for Hair" explores the art, science, techniques, and history of using henna, indigo, and cassia to dye hair. This book is a timely update of the previous book, "Henna for Hair" by Catherine Cartwright-Jones, to address the problem of the epidemic of para-phenylenediamine sensitization: the increasingly dangerous and widespread allergy to chemical hair dye.
