Ancient Sunrise® Sudina Cassia is dried powdered pure cassia obovata leaf and is guaranteed free from chemicals and adulterants. Ancient Sunrise® Sudina Cassia can be used to condition hair or freshen gray or faded blond hair with golden tones. It is not as finely sifted as Ancient Sunrise® Zekhara Cassia so requires more rinsing. Mix cassia with henna to create strawberry blonde tones. Mix cassia with henna and indigo to create dark ash blonde tones. For resistant gray, you may need to add henna and indigo for the best coverage. If you have hard water in your area, we recommend treating your hair with Ancient Sunrise® Rainwash so dissolved minerals do not spoil the results.

If you are allergic to chemical hair dye, or have been advised by your physician to not use chemical hair dye to dye your hair, you should be able to use Ancient Sunrise® Sudina Cassia and other Ancient Sunrise® products safely. We have tested all Ancient Sunrise® cassiass through an independent certified laboratory to insure that they have NO lead, NO PPD, NO contaminants, adulterants or pesticide residue.
