Add 25g of Ancient Sunrise Nightfall Rose per 100g henna or cassia, then stir in enough distilled water until the paste is the consistency of mashed potatoes. Let the paste rest at room temperature (68-72 degrees Fahrenheit) for 8-12 hours for best dye results.
Henna and cassia will dye your hair most
effectively when mixed with an acidic liquid (such as diluted lemon
juice) or a fruit acid powder. Using an acidic
liquid or our fruit acid powders gives the best color results and the
color will not fade or go peculiar. In fact, the color will gradually
deepen and look more natural.
Ancient Sunrise® Nightfall Rose powder is dried purple Aronia berries which naturally contain pigments. Nightfall Rose powder added to henna and indigo pastes creates beautiful soft brunette colors. Nightfall Rose powder naturally contains malic acid which is very gentle to skin and hair.
